I have heard this a lot lately, "people don't have any vision" when it comes to buying an older home or foreclosures that have damage or aren't finished. I've heard this from clients and realtors. I've offered my "vision" services to several realtors. I am gong to start a new blog posting real estate that is for sale in the Nashville area that I see huge potential in, and in the Atlanta area where I have a second home. I look at real estate that is for sale all the time. I have said before, all I need is an investor! I dream up renovations from what I see that's for sale. This is fun for me, I'm a little quirky like that. I am The Property Chick.

About Me
- My earliest memories include fabrics and color. Even as a young girl, I’d design clothing and homes in my imagination, conjuring up unique combinations of textures and color to get just the right combination in my head to create a beautiful, finished product. I live near Nashville with my husband, two wonderful kids, three horses, and three dogs. I am a southern girl at heart and absolutely love what I do.
